Create the workspace

Stand up the company org, establish roles, and define the operational ownership model.

Import the operating data

Bring in drivers, equipment, customers, and documents through the admin import surfaces.

Roll out by function

Bring dispatch, safety, fleet, and document workflows into daily use with less operational friction.

The data-import surface is part of the public story now.

Since the TMS already supports full data import from the admin area, onboarding messaging should make that a visible trust point instead of leaving buyers guessing how they would get into production.
